• U.K Postal charges are for mainland U.K excluding Channel Islands
• Postal charges are banded by weight and are very reasonable
• Goods are dispatched within 5 working days (usually next day)

Non faulty returns

1. Returns are accepted up to 14 days from receipt, provided item is returned in as new condition, postage for returning goods is at the customers expense and you should get suitable insurance cover incase of lossages in the postal system.
2. Refunds are issued on reciept of returned goods subject to inspection
3. Please contact me via email if you intend returning a item

Damaged or faulty goods

1. If for any reason you are not happy with a purchase please contact me and I will try to resolve the issue either with a refund or replacement
